MAXIMIZING THE ENJOYMENT OF YOUR TO BE CALM CANDLE
When lighting for the first time, let the candle burn long enough for the top layer of wax to form a liquid pool, reaching the edges of the vessel. This helps avoid tunneling and encourages thorough and even melting.
Position your candle away from cold and direct drafts of air.
Never leave a candle unattended. Do not burn your candle for more than 3 hours at a time continuously.
A great way to extinguish a candle and minimise any smoke is to gently press the wick down with a wick dipper or knife and dip the wick into the melted wax until the flames extinguished, then gently lift the wick back up. No smoke!
