Ingredients: 100% Natural, Therapeutic Pure Essential Oil Blend. Contains pure essential oil of Grapefruit Lime, Sage and Thyme
Directions for use:
Massage: Dilute 5 -10 drops in 2tbs of a carrier oil to make a massage oil. Massage all over the body. May also be used in a bath.
Do not ingest. Pure essential oils are very potent - use care and dilute prior to use. Avoid direct sunlight if applying to skin.
It has a citrusy, herbaceous, spicy scent, which is soothing & provides a sense of comfort. It's definitely helpful when I'm overly stressed.
