Directions for use:
Massage:Dilute 5 -10 drops in 2tbs of a carrier oil to make a massage oil. Massage all over the body. May also be used in a bath.
Do not ingest. Pure essential oils are very potent - use care and dilute prior to use. Avoid direct sunlight if applying to skin.
It has a refreshing, woody scent. I find it great for evening time when I'm chilling or recharging on my sofa.
