Workshop Cancellation:

To Be Calm reserves the right to cancel the workshop under the following circumstances:

Any unforeseen circumstances that prevent the running of the workshop.

Any Covid-19 related government mandates that require the course to be cancelled or rescheduled. Rescheduling is permitted at no additional cost, and full refunds will be issued if the development of the pandemic is uncertain. 

Reschedule/Cancellation Policy:

• We kindly request at least 5 working days' notice for a reduction in the number of participants from the initial quotation. Prices will be adjusted proportionally based on the number of participants as per the agreed minimum rates and the number of participants for the corporate rate. No partial or full refunds/credits will be given if the participant(s) fail to attend the class. 
• Rescheduling of the entire workshop is permitted only with 5 working days' notice before the booked timing, subject to availability. The rescheduled workshop cannot be further rescheduled or cancelled. If you wish to cancel the workshop, we kindly request at least 10 working days' notice in writing (via email). Full refunds will only be issued if these notice periods are met.
• Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 10 or 5 working days (respectively) will result in a late notice fee. The fee will be equal to 20% of the reserved services.
• If the workshops are conducted on-site, the refreshment sets are non-refundable and non-transferable in case of a reschedule.
